Sub-Ten Club

Being in the sub-ten club means being able to finish one of the below CrossFit workouts in under 10 minutes.

 

Jackie: 1000M row, 45lb thruster 50 reps, 30 pull-ups (women only)

Helen: 3 rounds: 400M run, 24kg kettlebell swing 21 reps, 12 pull-ups

Nancy: 5 rounds: 400M run, 95lb overhead squat 15 reps

Angie: 100 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats

Christine: 3 rounds: 500M row, 12 bodyweight deadlifts, 21 box jumps at 24 inches
