Seniors CrossFit Class
To get started with our Seniors CrossFit classes, all you need to do is show up. Your first class is free so you can check us out and see if this program is a good fit for you. How does this training benefit you?
We provide a solid foundation in the movement skills that our training and exercises are based on. Working with you, we learn your current abilities and show you how to get the most out of our program.

Seniors do NOT need to do our introductory personal training sessions to join the Seniors Class.
Again, the first class is free for new Seniors members to check us out.
When?
Our Seniors Class is taught Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of each week at 10:00am. Andy is the lead instructor for this class.
