If you want to look great, get healthier and build a solid foundation of strength and conditioning, Fitness class is for you! You will be guided through hard workouts in a fun, supportive community. Fitness class programming will help you improve your movement technique and improve your strength in all of the fundamental movements.
Class times: Mon - Thur at6am, 7am, 9am, 12noon, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm

The focus of Performance class is developing increased power and speed. You will work on advanced movement skills and learn greater technical proficiency. If you have some workout experience, and are looking for improved athletic performance, Performance class is for you!
Class times: Mon - Fri at 6pm Sat at 11am

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING Classes
Detailed instruction on the snatch and the clean & jerk are covered in these classes. These are very complex movements and we are experts at teaching them. This class is for beginners to experienced lifters.
Class times: Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri at 5pm Sat at 11am
MOVEMENT Level 1 Classes
Movement 1 includes basic gymnastics strength, mobility protocols, and a beginning introduction to more complex and dynamic movements, and how to incorporate them creatively into your practice. This class focuses on the development of skills such as freestanding handstands, levers, muscle ups, rope climbs, acrobatic, and tumbling movements, as well as the prehab/preparation of the joints to enjoy a more diverse practice.
This class is for anyone willing to work hard and develop a balanced, mobile and adaptable body.
Class times: Mon - Wed at 6pm Fri at 4pm Sat at 9am, 10am
MOVEMENT Level 2 Classes
Movement 2 expands into a much deeper and complex vocabulary of movement. We will incorporate more difficult forms of strength, mobility, and acrobatic training, as well as much, much more time moving in complex patterns, learning how to create a vocabulary of movement for you to flow with. Movement 2 includes methods and protocols from martial arts, gymnastics, dance, acrobatics, and parkour.
Prerequisites for movement 2 include:
- 5 second freestanding handstand
- 5 chin ups
- 5 dips
- 1 minute passive hang
- 4 minute ass to grass squat
Movement 2 asks a lot of the joints, and will include preparation and recovery for the connective tissue. This class will demand a lot of the wrists and knees in particular. This class will change your viewpoint of how to move through space, and provide a more balanced and controlled body as a result. These movements are almost all closed kinetic chain patterns, demanding full body integration.
Movement is a physical art, so on top of the physical elements, quality of technique, fluidity, and creativity are critical pillars to the class as well.

This class is focused on mastering basic skills.
Learn to fully engage your body as you move and work.
Learn to move through your full ranges of motion with strength and confidence.
Develop unshakable confidence in a variety of weighted and body weight movements.
Fundamentals class will help you build a solid foundation and improve all of your conditioning efforts. Appropriate for all ability levels except expert.

OUTDOOR STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Outdoor Strength & Conditioning prepares you for outdoor sports and recreation by focusing on building aerobic base, strength, efficiency, and durability with movements that directly transfer to outdoor activities. Training focus will progress throughout the year to reflect the current outdoor sports. For example, late fall will have an emphasis on movements that will prepare you for snow sports such as skiing and snowshoeing.
