The Mountain Strength & Durability program will make you a stronger and more durable mountain athlete by focusing on mountain-specific training that will lead to a more enjoyable outdoor experience and help prevent injury.

2-3 custom workouts per week

- Each program will be catered to your specific needs to make you a stronger, more efficient, and a more durable athlete.

Mountain athletes and weekend warriors

- The program will be customized to your mountain sport whether you consider yourself a mountain athlete or weekend warrior.

- Examples of mountain sports: skiing, hiking, mountain running, mountain biking, scrambling, mountaineering, alpine climbing and ice climbing.


- Increase relative strength to weight ratio

- Gain functional strength


- Become more efficient moving through the mountains

- Go further, stay out longer, enjoy more of the mountains for the same amount of effort
