Yoga Class: Sundays from 9:00am - 10:15am

Practice 75 minutes of Power Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga on Sundays. This type of yoga, based on Ashtanga, provides strength building, flexibility, balance and centering.  If you are looking for some nice active recovery work or need to improve your range of motion, this will be time well spent.

Learn to listen to your to your body as you flow through asanas (poses). This class is open to beginners to advanced, so come as you are, ready to embrace the possibilities.
