"Murph" on Sunday

Gym members are invited to try themselves on the workout "Murph" on Sunday, Feb. 16, at 11:00 AM. Two people are already committed and they want you to join them.

"Murph":
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
... for time.

"Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it."

Skimming through the comments, the best time I spotted by a male was 36:30, and by a female, 44 minutes.
