SubTen workout with 'Christine'

  • 500 meter row
  • 12 bodyweight deadlifts
  • 21 box jumps (20" box)

    3 Rounds

Try for a SubTen t-shirt by doing this workout in under 10 minutes.  

(scaling is great but you cannot qualify for the t-shirt)

SATURDAY 9:00am - 10:30am


The first Suffer on Saturday was held at CrossFit North on November 1, 2003! Suffer on Saturday is a challenging CrossFit workout (scaling is fine).
