After a year of assistant-training, substituting, and volunteering, Fran is now working as an independent personal trainer and group trainer. She's offering a beginners' kettlebell class starting Monday, Feb. 11. It meets twice a week: Mondays and Thursdays at 7:00 PM through March 20. If you have any friends, coworkers, or family members who might like to try a new way to get in shape for spring, let them know about this class, which is $125.

In each session, exercises will be taught and then there will be a group workout.
