CrossFit Seattle is offering a 9-week group training program for the upcoming Seattle Rock-N-Roll Half Marathon. Our program offers training programs for novice and experienced half marathoners. Jess Mullen will be teaching this clinic.
The only requirement is an established baseline running endurance of 5 miles and regular running of 2-4 days a week is strongly recommended. Participation includes weekly group long runs, mini-clinics on various running/racing related topics (see schedule below), speed training drills, a comprehensive training schedule and coaching.
