2014 Championship - TEAM Chipper

START: female pushes 25k plate 30 feet then, male pushes 25k plate (only this one is recycled rubber and is harder to push on the floor) 30 feet. The plate cannot come up off the floor. 21-15-9 Burpee American KBS 24/16

While team member is doing above work, one teammate must hold a plate over head continuously (teammates can switch off).

Then 21-15-9 Thruster 40/30 CTB Pull-up

While team member is doing above work, one teammate must hold 2 kettlebells continuously (teammates can switch off).

Then 30 Clean and Jerk (Ground to Overhead) 60/40

While team member is doing above work, one teammate must be in a ring hold continuously (teammates can switch off).

Then 2 rounds of: 2 Rope Climb 15 Overhead Squat 40/30

While team member is doing above work, one teammate must be in an active squat continuously (teammates can switch off).

Each team member completed one and only one section of the Chipper. The workout was done in the order listed above.

TEAM Barfight took FIRST place with a time of 18:48! TEAM Bikini Ninjas took SECOND place with a time of 20:52!

That was a brutal and amazing effort by all the teams!
