12th Annual 12 Days of CrossFit Workout AND our Holiday Potluck Party

Come join us for our 12th Annual 12 Days of CrossFit EPIC workout!  The 12 Days workout will be done in all classes this Friday December 11th.

At 7:15pm on that same day (December 11th) we will start our Holiday Celebration with fabulous meat from Bitterroot.  Bring a side dish if you can.
