1/2 Marathon Training Class with Jess Mullen

DATES: Sep 28 - Nov 27 (9 weeks, 16 classes)DAYS/TIMES: Wednesdays at 7:00pm and Sundays at 8:00am COST: $80.00 for CrossFit Seattle members, $225.00 for non-members SIGN-UP: Email nancy@crossfitseattle.com

Below are details for Wednesday classes.  Sundays will be a long run which will range from 6 to 12 miles for beginners and 8 to 14 miles for experienced runners.

Sept 28th – Introduction October 5th – Running Technique (with Gwen, ultrarunner and PT) October 12th – Group Run (Hill Intervals) October 19th – Nutrition, Shoes, Clothing & Gear October 26th – Group Run (Hill Intervals) November 2nd – Race Strategy & Course Review November 9th – Group Run (Hill Intervals) November 16th – Week of / Race Day Planniing November 23rd – Group Run (Easy) + Dinner (optional)
