12 Chin-ups in 12 Weeks Program

Struggling to do more than a chin up or two? This program is for you! Twelve weeks of training two times a week, with the goal of twelve neutral grip chin ups in a row by the final week. With 1 on 1 coaching, and proper methods of training, this can be accomplished even for those of you who have struggled to make progress in the past. 

This program will include nutrition strategies and recovery protocols, to ensure the full benefit of your training as well. Being able to perform twelve chin ups is an excellent marker of upper body pulling strength, and will allow you the freedom to pursue many activities and skills, that otherwise would not have been possible without that capacity! 




From $41.00 - $73.00 per hour
